Texts

Use the Texts page to view, search, and edit the interface translations used across the Go-Flow apps.

This page is available to system administrators only.

Choosing an App

Use the app selector at the top of the page to switch between the Dashboard, Booking, and Shared text sets. The table reloads to show the entries for the selected app.

Searching

Use the search field to find an entry by its key, section, or any translated value. The list filters as you type.

Editing a Translation

1. Click a language cell in the row you want to change. The cell becomes editable.
2. Update the text.
3. Save the change with Ctrl+Enter, or click away from the cell. To discard the change instead, press Escape.

Each row shows a translation key, its section, one column per language, and a status icon.

Changing the Status

Click the status icon in a row to toggle that entry between active and inactive. The icon's colour and shape reflect the current state.

Adding Entries

1. Click Add to open the Add text dialog.
2. Choose how to add entries:
   • Single — enter a key, optionally a section, and a value for at least one language, then click Save. Save is enabled once a key and at least one language value are filled in.
   • JSON — paste a JSON array of entries to add several at once, then click Save. The dialog validates the JSON and reports errors before you save.

This page reads live data and is unavailable while you are offline.
