Treatment Detail
This dialog creates and configures a treatment — a bookable service clients can book on the booking site. It opens in fullscreen with two tabs, Treatment and Fields. Save with the Save button in the toolbar; it stays disabled until Name and Duration are filled in and the slug is valid. Editing requires the config-write permission; without it the whole dialog is read-only and the Save button is not shown.
Treatment tab
- Status switch — toggles between Treatment online (published and bookable) and Treatment offline (hidden).
- Name — required, up to 50 characters.
- Slug — the address fragment used on the booking site; it may only contain letters, digits, hyphens and underscores.
- Appointment types — a Physical / Video / Both toggle setting where the treatment can take place. The toggle is hidden for group organisations.
- Duration — the length in minutes (minimum 1). It determines the size of the time block reserved in the scheduler when an appointment is created for this treatment.
- Duration description — an optional free-text label shown alongside the duration.
- Texts — the multi-language descriptions shown on the booking site.
- Images — a profile and a panorama image.
- Tags — free-form labels used for grouping and searching.
- Mark for deletion — the trash icon in the toolbar; turn it on and save to remove an existing treatment. It is not available while creating a new treatment, and turning it on locks the rest of the form until you turn it off again.
Pricing (Payments module)
The Price field, the VAT rate toggle and the Price description field only appear when the Payments module is enabled for your organisation — without it there is no pricing UI at all. The available VAT rates come from the organisation's configured rates.
Fields tab
The Fields tab configures the custom checkout fields for this treatment — the additional information collected when it is booked. Each row shows the field name, whether it is required, whether it is self-managed, and whether it applies to physical or video appointments (or both). Tick Use field to include a field, and drag rows by the handle to change the order they appear in at checkout.
