Accepting an Invitation

This page lets you accept or decline an invitation to join an organisation in go flow.

You reach it from the secure link in the invitation email you receive when someone invites you to an organisation.

Accept or decline

The page shows who sent the invitation and which organisation it is for. Choose:

• Decline — reject the invitation.
• Accept — join the organisation.

New users

If you do not yet have a go flow account, accepting the invitation continues to account setup, where you set a password (and confirm a code sent by SMS if required). Existing users are simply added to the organisation.

After you respond

If you accept as an existing user, or decline the invitation, the page confirms that your response was registered and tells you that you can close the window. If you accept as a new user, you continue straight to account setup instead. Once account setup is complete (or if you already had an account), you can sign in and start working in the organisation.
