Generate sessions
This full-screen dialog, opened from the Scheduler, creates a batch of recurring session appointments from a weekly schedule and lets you manage the appointments that already exist in the same period. For a task-oriented walkthrough, see Generate Sessions.
Choosing the session
The Session selector at the top picks which session resource the new appointments belong to; it is pre-filled and locked if your organisation has only one.
Visibility & bookability
This section sets the visibility and booking rules stamped onto every appointment you generate: Visibility (Public, Hidden, Private, or Restricted), Bookability mode (bookable now, not bookable, or bookable from a chosen date), and Display mode (full details or masked as coming soon). Choosing Restricted reveals an Eligible groups selector — available only when your organisation has a group-membership field configured, otherwise a hint is shown instead. Combined with a bookable-from date, you can also add early-access tiers with Add early-access tier, each pairing a set of groups with a lead time in days so they can book ahead of everyone else; a tier's delete icon removes it once more than one exists. This is a separate feature from early-bird pricing — see Session visibility & bookability for the distinction.
Building the schedule
Each row ties a set of weekdays to a start time. Tick the days, set Starts at, and the end time follows automatically from the session's slot duration. The + button adds another row, pre-filled to start where the previous one ends; the delete icon removes a row. Rows whose times overlap on a shared weekday are rejected with an error when you save. On save, sessions are created for every matching weekday between the scheduler's visible dates, skipping any slot on that resource already occupied by a session — other appointment types don't block generation.
Existing appointments
If the selected session already has appointments in the visible period, they're listed below with date, time, state, and current visibility. Select rows to act on them together: Apply to selected stamps the dialog's current visibility and bookability settings onto them, and Delete selected removes them — appointments with clients already booked are marked and can't be deleted.
Saving
The save button is enabled once a session is chosen and at least one schedule row has a day and a start time. Without scheduling permission the schedule-building controls are read-only and the save button is hidden; the Existing appointments actions (Apply to selected, Delete selected) remain available regardless.
