Settings

The settings page manages your personal account: your profile details on the Profile tab, and your password and Support Pin on the Credentials tab. Open it from Account > Settings. It is also the page go flow opens after you sign in, and the page you land on when you try to open a page you have no right to.

Profile

The Profile tab holds your personal details:

  • Language — the language of your own dashboard. It does not affect your organisation's client-facing language settings. When only one language is offered, the field cannot be changed.
  • UI Culture — the regional format used, for example for dates.
  • First name and Last name — both are required.
  • Email and Mobile — read-only here; change them with the pencil icon at the end of each field (see below).

Save your changes with the save icon at the right of the page's toolbar, beside the tabs — it stays disabled until you change something, and while an upload is running. A new language takes effect when you save. The app version and its build date and time are shown in the bottom corner of the page.

Who created and changed records

This page no longer has a setting for the Created, Created by, Changed and Changed by columns. Lists of records now have a Columns button in the last column of their header: tick the columns you want for that list. The choice is remembered for each list on this device. Whatever you choose, the bottom of every edit dialog shows who created a record and who last changed it, and when. See Record history and restore for what these names mean.

Changing Your Email

Click the pencil icon in the Email field to open the Update email dialog. Enter the new address and click Submit. A three-digit code is emailed to the new address ("We have sent you an email with a code, please enter it below."). After you confirm the code, the dialog reports "Your email has been updated and you need to login anew." — clicking Continue logs you out so you can sign in with the new address.

Changing Your Mobile Number

Click the pencil icon in the Mobile field to open the Update mobile dialog. Choose the country code and enter the new number, then click Submit. A three-digit code is sent to the new number by SMS. After you confirm the code, your mobile number is updated and you are logged out to sign in anew.

Changing Your Password

Open the Credentials tab. Enter your current password, a new password, and a four-digit Support Pin. A checklist shows the requirements as you type: current password set, length (at least 10 characters), lower case, upper case, number, special character, and support pin set. Click Update credentials — the button stays disabled until all requirements are met. A message confirms the change; if the current password is wrong, the message asks you to check it.
