The login page is where you sign in to your go flow dashboard using your email address, your password, and a multi-factor authentication code.
Entering Your Credentials
Under the heading Please enter your credentials, enter the email address and password associated with your go flow account, then click Continue. Click the eye icon in the password field to reveal or hide what you have typed.
A Caution notice then reminds you that, by logging in, go flow stores sensitive data in this device's browser cache. Click Continue to proceed, or Cancel to clear the form.
If the details do not match an account, the message "Please check your credentials!" appears.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Every login is confirmed with a six-digit code. Depending on your account, you either enter the code from your authenticator app or receive it on your phone by SMS. Entering a wrong code shows "Wrong code!"; after several wrong attempts you are returned to the credentials step.
First-time setup
If multi-factor authentication has not yet been set up for your account, the Set multifactor authentication step appears instead. Scan the QR code with the authenticator app of your choice, or enter the key shown below the code into the app manually (the icon next to the key copies it). Then enter the six-digit code from the app to finish the setup and complete the login.
Selecting a Group
If your account belongs to more than one group, a Please select group step follows: pick the group you want to work in and click Continue. You can switch groups later on the Settings page.
Trouble Logging In?
Click Trouble logging in? on the credentials step and choose the option that applies:
- I have forgotten my password
- I cannot access my Auth App
Forgotten password
The Password reset step asks for your email address and your mobile number — Continue stays disabled until both are provided. An email with a reset password link is then sent to you; check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Cannot access your authenticator app
The Reset Multi-factor Authentication step asks for your email and password (the eye icon in the password field reveals or hides it). If they match an account, you receive an email with a link that resets your multi-factor authentication; you will then be asked to set it up again the next time you log in.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure your email address is spelled correctly.
- Passwords are case-sensitive.
- After too many failed attempts your account is locked for a short while. Wait a few minutes and try again.
