Resources
Resources are the bookable units of your organisation. Depending on which modules are enabled for you, the page shows up to three tabs:
- Sessions — group sessions with a fixed slot length and capacity (requires the Sessions module).
- Resources — standard resources such as staff members.
- Aggregators — entries that bundle several standard resources behind a single bookable listing (requires the Aggregate resources module).
Each tab has its own list. Click a row's eye icon to open the item in the editor.
A session resource is what the booking requirements and the UAT handbook call a "session offer" — its settings are edited here on the Sessions tab (Resource Detail).
The lists
Every list shows an avatar in the item's colour, the Name, a read-only Online checkbox and Tags as chips. In addition:
- the Resources tab shows the Appointment types scope, the Languages and any current Out-of-office period;
- the Sessions tab shows the Slot duration (minutes), Min capacity, Slot capacity and Dependencies;
- the Aggregators tab shows the Appointment types scope.
The columns are read-only. To change settings, open the item's editor: the VAT rate and similar settings live in its Attributes table (shown when VAT rates are configured for your organisation and the Payments module is enabled), and a standard resource's working hours and availability live on the editor's Availability tab.
Toolbar actions
- Search — the search field (placeholder Find resource, or Find session on the Sessions tab) filters the list by name. The search splits on spaces and matches every word.
- Export to Excel — tick one or more rows, then click the Excel button to export the selection to a spreadsheet. The button is enabled only when at least one row is selected.
- Take selected resources offline / Set selected resources online — change the online status of all ticked rows at once. A confirmation dialog lists the affected items before anything changes. On the Sessions tab the actions are labelled Take selected sessions offline / Set selected sessions online.
- Clone selected resource (or Clone selected session) — enabled when exactly one row is ticked. It opens the editor with a copy of the item, its name marked "[cloned]", ready to adjust and save as a new entry.
All actions except the export are hidden for read-only users. On mobile, the actions are grouped into a single speed-dial behind the plus button.
Adding a resource
The plus button (Add) does not create a resource directly — it opens a small menu asking which type to create: Resources (a standard resource), Aggregator (with the Aggregates module) or Session (with the Sessions module). Group organisations also get a Link existing option for linking a resource that already exists in the group. Choosing a type opens the editor with a new item.
Drag-and-drop ordering
Reorder rows by dragging them into your preferred sequence. The order is saved immediately and determines the order in which resources appear in the scheduler.
