Analytics

The analytics page shows booking and revenue statistics for your organisation as sortable, filterable tables that you can export to Excel.

Overview

Viewing analytics requires the statistics permission. Data is fetched live from the server.

Choosing the Period

The period is set with two month pickers, Start date and End date — whole months only, up to five years back. When the range is a single month, the bookings table lists individual appointments; over longer ranges the rows are aggregated into monthly totals per resource.

The Bookings and Revenue Tabs

When the Payments module is enabled the page has two tabs, Bookings and Revenue; without it, only the bookings table is shown.

Bookings

Each row shows the date, the resource, the number of booked places (Actual) against the available Capacity, and — when the Payments module is enabled — the Revenue. In the single-month view the rows are individual appointments and additionally show the Duration, the appointment Status, and when the booking was Created.

Revenue

The revenue table breaks income down by Date, Source, Name, Quantity, and Amount.

Filtering, Search and Sorting

Columns are sorted by clicking their headers. Some columns also carry a filter in the header: on the bookings table you can filter by resource (and by status in the single-month view); on the revenue table by source and name. The search field above the tables filters the visible rows as you type. Changing the period resets the filters.

Excel Export

The Export to Excel button downloads the currently shown tab — with any header filters applied (not the free-text search box) — as a spreadsheet named with the current date.

Online Connection Required

Analytics data is fetched directly from the server and is not available offline. If you are offline the page shows a message instead; the data loads again automatically once the connection returns.
