Dashboard

The Dashboard is a placeholder page reachable in the app, and today it serves only as a navigation hub.

A placeholder landing page

The Dashboard page shows a single faded background icon and no data — no statistics, no upcoming-appointments list, no recent-activity feed, and nothing that updates on its own. It is reserved for a future overview/home screen, so this richer content is planned but not yet built. If you are looking for at-a-glance figures or an activity overview, use the dedicated sections below for the underlying data instead.

Because the Dashboard has no permission or module requirement of its own, every signed-in user can open it, regardless of role.

All navigation lives in the app shell, not in the Dashboard page — so it is the same on every screen. You reach the other sections from the top icon menu and the side (hamburger) drawer, both built from the same menu:

  • Scheduler — calendar and appointments
  • Journal — activity history for your clients
  • Clients — client list and records
  • Emails — client email communication
  • Analytics — Overview and Feedback Insights
  • Finance — Payments, Orders, Wallets, and Vouchers
  • Configurations — Organisation, Users, Resources, Treatments, Products, Promotions, Templates, and Feedback forms
  • Account — Settings and Logout

The same top icon menu and side drawer are available on every page, so you never have to return to the Dashboard to move between sections.

Which sections you see

The menu is filtered for each user and organisation, so you may see fewer entries than listed above. Every section requires its matching permission — the Scheduler needs resource access, for example, and the client-related sections need client access. On top of that:

  • Journal and Clients appear only when client recording is enabled for the organisation.
  • Emails appears only when the organisation's Emails module is enabled.
  • Analytics requires the statistics permission — both its Overview and Feedback Insights entries.
  • The Finance entries — Payments, Orders, Wallets, and Vouchers — each appear only when the matching module is enabled.
  • Under Configurations, Treatments, Products, and Feedback forms follow their modules too (Treatments also needs at least one provider resource), and Users requires the user-management permission.

A group whose entries are all hidden disappears entirely, and typing a hidden page's address into the browser does not bypass this — you are redirected to Settings instead.
