Organisation Detail

Use this editor to view and change an organisation's, group's, or tenant's profile, custom fields, and modules.

One shared editor

The fullscreen dialog and the Organisation page are two shells around the same editor — the dialog opens on top of your work, while the routed page edits the organisation or group you currently have selected. Either way you work with identical tabs and fields.

The dialog is opened from the Organisations list — use the eye icon to edit a sub-organisation in your group, or the clone action to copy one as a starting point for a new one.

The editor has three tabs: Profile, Fields and Modules. When you are editing a group or tenant container, the Modules tab shows only the integration credentials — module switches are set per organisation. A green Save button and a help button sit in the toolbar; pressing Escape or trying to leave with unsaved changes prompts you to confirm before discarding.

Profile

The Profile tab holds the organisation's identity and presentation:

  • Name — required, up to 20 characters, with a live character counter.
  • Telephone — entered with a country-code selector.
  • Addresses — the organisation's postal addresses, kept as a list with add, edit and delete.

For a single organisation (not a group container), the Profile tab additionally shows:

  • Texts — multi-language text blocks used in client-facing content. Which language rows appear is driven by the languages row in the Attributes table below.
  • Images — upload a logo, profile image and pan (banner) image.
  • Attributes — a table of the organisation's general settings, such as languages, time zone and working days. Settings owned by a module are not in this table — they are edited under that module's switch on the Modules tab (currency and VAT rates under Payments, for example).
  • Tags — free-form tags for grouping and filtering.
  • Delete item on save — a checkbox that marks the organisation for deletion when you save. It appears only when your group has more than one organisation, and only for a non-group organisation.

Fields

The Fields tab edits the custom field definitions for each entity. Choose an entity at the top — Client, Journal or Appointment — and the editor below shows that entity's field definitions for you to adjust.

Modules

The Modules tab combines the service-module switches with each module's own settings and third-party credentials. When editing a group or tenant container, only the credentials are shown — module switches are set per organisation.

The available modules are:

  • Record client data
  • Payments
  • Wallets
  • Vouchers
  • Products
  • Feedback forms
  • Treatments
  • Sessions
  • Aggregate resources
  • Emails
  • SMS
  • Video
  • Waitlist
  • Weather
  • Water temperature

Wallets, Vouchers and Products require Payments: they are disabled and forced off while Payments is off — turning Payments off cascades them off as well — and while disabled they show a Requires payments hint.

Where a module has settings of its own, they appear as a small attribute table directly beneath its switch while the module is on — currency and VAT rates under Payments, voucher validity under Vouchers, wallet credit expiry under Wallets, waitlist settings under Waitlist, location coordinates under Weather, and water-temperature settings under Water temperature. Values of a switched-off module are kept and reappear when it is switched back on.

Each integration sits directly beneath its module switch and is shown only while that module is on:

  • Payments — a Payment provider dropdown. In this release Saferpay is the only fully integrated provider, so you must select it; use the pencil button next to it to open its credentials in a separate dialog — Saferpay's Customer ID, Terminal ID, API username, API password (with show/hide) and URL. The dropdown also lists Stripe, Datatrans, Wallee / PostFinance and Adyen, but these are not yet connected to checkout, so selecting one will stop payments from completing. Clearing the dropdown removes the configured provider.
  • Twilio SMS (under SMS) — Account SID, Auth token, Sender and From number for outgoing text messages.
  • Twilio Video (under Video) — Account SID, API key and API secret for video sessions.

A Use group integration settings checkbox at the top of the tab (shown for a single organisation in a group of more than one) copies the group's credentials down and locks the credential forms so the organisation inherits from its group.

Saving and permissions

The toolbar Save button stays disabled until you make a valid change — the editor compares against the original state and only enables saving once something has actually changed, the name is not empty and work days are present. Saving is also blocked while a synchronisation is in progress.

How changes are persisted depends on where you opened the editor:

  • A sub-organisation edit is written to the local store and then synced.
  • A group edit can propagate SMS, video and payment credentials down to the child organisations that use the group integration settings.
