Treatments
The Treatments page manages your organisation's service catalogue — the consultations, sessions, and procedures clients can book. It shows a single flat list of treatments for the organisation you currently have selected.
Overview
The list shows one row per treatment with an image avatar, the Name, an Online checkbox (read-only here), the Appointment types scope, the Duration in minutes, and Tags shown as chips. When the Payments module is enabled for the organisation, an extra Price column appears (VAT rate is set in the editor but is not shown as a list column). Click the eye icon at the end of a row to open the treatment.
Adding a treatment
Click Add treatment (the plus button, hidden for read-only users) to open the treatment editor in fullscreen. The editor has two tabs, Treatment and Fields. On the Treatment tab you set the online/offline status, the Name (required, up to 50 characters), an optional Slug, the appointment-type scope, the Duration, the multi-language texts, images and tags. Name and Duration are required before the treatment can be saved.
Online / offline status
Each treatment has a published status, shown as the Online column in the list and controlled by the status switch at the top of the editor. Online means the treatment is published and bookable; Offline means it is hidden. Only online treatments can be booked.
Appointment types
The Appointment types column shows the scope of each treatment: Physical, Video, or Physical & video. You set this with the Physical / Video / Both toggle in the editor. The toggle is hidden for group organisations, which do not use a per-treatment scope.
Duration
Set the Duration in minutes (minimum 1). The duration determines the size of the time block reserved in the scheduler when an appointment is created for this treatment. Changing the duration of an existing treatment also updates the duration on any resources already linked to it.
Pricing and VAT (Payments module)
Price and VAT only apply when the Payments module is enabled for the organisation. When Payments is on, the editor shows a Price field and a VAT rate selector, and the list gains a matching Price column (VAT rate does not appear in the list, only in the editor). The available VAT rates come from the organisation's configured rates. On organisations without the Payments module there is no price or VAT at all.
Descriptions, images and tags
You can add optional free-text labels shown alongside the numbers: a Duration description and, when Payments is on, a Price description. The multi-language Texts editor lets you maintain descriptions in each of the organisation's configured languages. Each treatment can carry a Profile image and a Pan (wide banner) image, plus free-form Tags used for grouping and searching, which appear as chips in the list.
Custom fields
The Fields tab lists the checkout field definitions available to your organisation as a table. Tick Use field to include a field on this treatment's checkout, and drag rows by their handle to set the order fields are presented in. The table also shows, for each field, whether it is Required and Self managed, its Scope (a location pin icon for physical, a video icon for video, or both), and its Type — these are read-only here.
Searching and exporting
Use the search field (placeholder Find treatment) to filter the list by name; the search splits on spaces and matches every word. Tick the checkboxes on one or more rows, then click the Excel button to export the selected treatments to a spreadsheet. The Excel button is enabled only when at least one row is selected. On mobile, the Excel, Import and Add actions are grouped into a speed-dial.
Import from another organisation
If you manage more than one organisation, the Import treatments from another organisation button (the import icon, or the speed-dial action on mobile) copies an entire treatment catalogue from another organisation into the current one. In the dialog, pick a source organisation from the list and click Import items. Every root treatment from that organisation — together with all of its multi-language texts — is copied into the current organisation, each as a new entry with its own identity. It is a bulk copy of the whole catalogue, not a per-item picker. Only non-group organisations other than the current one are offered as sources.
Editing and deleting
Click a row's eye icon to open the treatment in the editor. After making changes, save to mark the treatment for sync; status, duration and scope changes also cascade to the resources linked to it. To remove an existing treatment, click the delete (trash) icon in the editor's toolbar to mark it for deletion — a banner confirms the item will be deleted when you save, and the tabs lock until you save or unmark it. This soft-deletes the treatment rather than erasing it. The delete icon is not available while creating a new treatment.
