Subscription

The subscription page shows your account's billing details, invoices, and the service modules your organisation uses. It has three tabs: Bills, Contact information, and Subscription.

Bills

The Bills tab lists your invoices. Pick a year from the selector to filter the list, then download any invoice as a PDF using the Download PDF icon. Each row shows the Month, the Invoice number, the Amount, and the VAT included (Whereof VAT).

Contact information

The Contact information tab holds the details used on your invoices: Company name, Bill recipient, Address line one, Address line two, Postal code, City, and Country.

Two email lists follow: Send bills to the following emails and Send tech related information to the following emails. Each list can hold up to five addresses — use the plus icon to add one. The delete icon appears once a list has more than one address, since each list must keep at least one.

Subscription

The Subscription tab shows your account details — Account id, Account created, Trial ends (if applicable), Currency, and Payment method. These fields are read-only.

Below the account details, Your current service consumption lists each service with its current count and running cost, together with the Monthly cost estimate.

Some services have switches:

  • The service modules — Payments, Wallets, Vouchers, Products, and Feedback forms — can be switched on and off. Wallets, Vouchers, and Products require Payments: while Payments is off, they are locked with the hint "Requires payments," and turning Payments off also turns them off. Feedback forms works independently of Payments.
  • API fees and White label fees can only be switched on from this page; once active, the switch is disabled.

Saving changes

Use the save icon in the top bar to store your changes. It stays disabled until you make an edit and all recipient email addresses are valid.

Cancelling or reactivating

While the subscription is active, the Cancel subscription button at the bottom of the Subscription tab opens a confirmation dialog that asks for your password. Once the cancellation is processed, you receive a confirmation email and can keep using your account for another 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

While the subscription is cancelled, a red notice above the tabs shows the closing date ("Your subscription is cancelled and will be permanently closed …") together with a Reactivate subscription button, which also asks for your password to confirm.

Pro bono accounts

Pro bono accounts see a reduced page: the Bills and Subscription tabs are hidden, and the Contact information tab shows the note "You have a pro bono account!" without the bill-recipient fields.

This page is unavailable while you are offline.
