Email signature
This dialog edits a reusable email signature block — one of the building blocks under the Branding tab of Templates, alongside header and footer blocks. A signature can be set as your organisation's default and is then preselected whenever an email template is built.
Name
The Name field identifies the signature in the Branding list. It is required — the save button stays disabled until it is filled in. It accepts up to 50 characters.
Signature text
Below the name, a row of tabs lists your organisation's configured languages (for example EN, DE). Each tab holds its own Signature text box, so you can write a different sign-off per language. Switching tabs keeps the text you've typed in the other languages — nothing is lost when you move between them.
Saving, deleting and cancelling
The save button is disabled until you've made a change and the name is filled in. Closing the dialog (the X) discards unsaved edits, with a warning that changes will be lost. For an existing signature, the toolbar also offers a Mark for deletion button: clicking it marks the signature for deletion, shows a warning banner over the form, and locks the fields so nothing more can be edited. The signature is only actually removed once you save; clicking the button again cancels the mark and unlocks the form.
