Product Detail

The product dialog creates and edits a single product. It opens fullscreen from the products page — via Add product or the eye icon on a row — with two tabs: Product for the product itself and Fields for its checkout fields. Editing requires the config-write permission; without it the dialog opens read-only.

Overview

Save stays disabled until you have made a change and both Name and Category are filled in. Closing the dialog with the X asks you to confirm discarding changes, unless the form has been left invalid (for example, Category cleared) — in that case it discards immediately without asking.

Online and offline status

The switch at the top of the Product tab shows Product is online or Product is offline. Online publishes the product; offline hides it while keeping it in your list.

Category

The Category field is a dropdown offering exactly two categories — Wallets and Vouchers. There is no free-text or custom category option.

Price, VAT and amount type

Enter the Gross price and pick the VAT rate from the toggle of rates configured for your organisation (shown as percentages).

The Amount type controls how the price behaves:

  • Fixed — the product is sold at the gross price you entered.
  • Flexible — the buyer chooses the amount. Selecting Flexible reveals Minimum amount and Maximum amount fields that bound the choice (useful for wallet top-ups). Switching back to Fixed clears the bounds.

Texts

The Texts editor holds the translated product wording — a Heading, Sub heading and Description entry for each of your organisation's languages. There is no separate description field elsewhere in the dialog; all client-facing product wording lives here.

Images

Upload one or more images for the product (profile and session image types). Images appear as the thumbnail in the product list.

Tags

Tags is a free-form tag input used for grouping and finding products in the list.

Checkout fields

The Fields tab defines the product's custom checkout fields — the additional information collected from the buyer when the product is purchased.

Saving and deleting

Click Save in the toolbar to apply your changes. On an existing product, click the trash icon in the toolbar (tooltip Mark for deletion) to mark it for deletion; a warning banner appears and the tabs become locked. Click Save while marked for deletion to remove the product from the list, or click the icon again to unmark it.
