Email footer
This full-screen dialog edits a single footer building block — one of the reusable pieces you assemble email templates from on the Templates page's Branding tab.
Name and appearance
The Name field identifies the footer in the Branding list and is required before you can save. Below it, two colour swatches open a colour picker each for the footer background and footer text colour, and a three-way toggle sets the text alignment (left, center or right) used across all languages.
Text per language
A row of tabs — one per language configured for your organisation — lets you write the footer's wording separately for each. The Text box is a plain multi-line field; line breaks are preserved when the footer is rendered. Next to it, a live preview shows the compiled footer exactly as it will appear in an email, using the current background, text colour and alignment.
Saving and deleting
Save stays disabled until you've changed something and given the footer a name. For an existing footer, a delete button marks it for deletion: the form becomes locked and read-only, a warning banner appears over it, and the language tabs are disabled, until you save (which then removes the footer) or click the button again to unmark it. Closing the dialog while you have unsaved changes asks you to confirm before discarding them. Without the configuration-write permission the dialog opens read-only and the Save button is hidden.
