Templates

The Templates page gathers the reusable configuration for your organisation. It has four tabs: Bookings, Branding, Messages and Fields. Use the search field at the top to filter the current list.

Bookings

Booking templates control the online booking experience for your clients. Each row shows:

  • Online — whether the booking page is currently published.
  • Name — the template name.
  • Scope — icons showing whether the template covers physical appointments, video appointments, or both.
  • URL — the public link clients use to open the booking page.

Use the + button (Add template) to create a new booking template — for example one per location or service — and open a row (double-click, or the eye icon) to edit it.

Branding

The Branding tab holds the building blocks for your emails: Header, Footer and Signature templates. Use the + button and pick the block type to create a new one.

The Default column marks one block of each type as your organisation default with a star; click Set as default on another row to change it. Email templates start with the default blocks preselected.

Messages

The Messages tab lists the templates behind your outgoing communications:

  • Email templates — one for each automatic email the system sends (confirmation, reminders, cancellation and so on), plus the ad-hoc email used for manual messages.
  • SMS templates — text message templates, shown only when SMS is set up for your organisation.
  • Document templates — the receipt and voucher card documents, plus any custom PDF documents you add with the + button (Add document).

Fields

The Fields tab manages the custom fields captured on clients, journals and appointments. Choose the entity with the selector at the top (Client, Journal or Appointment) to see its fields.

Common settings can be changed directly in the list: the Required, Sensitive, Self managed, Show in profile, Searchable and Show in table checkboxes save immediately when ticked. Drag rows by the handle to change the display order — the new order is saved when you drop the row. Use the + button to add a field, or open a row to edit everything else.
