Bulk-Produce Vouchers

This dialog produces a batch of vouchers at once, all sharing the same value, validity, and settings.

Batch Size and Name

Enter how many vouchers to produce in the count field and give the batch a name. Each voucher in the batch gets its own unique code. You can produce up to 500 vouchers in a single batch.

Value

Set the original value that applies to every voucher in the batch.

Status

Choose the status for the produced vouchers: Available for sale, Redeemable, Redeemed, or Blocked. The status is preselected to Redeemable.

Validity Period

Set the valid from and valid to dates for the whole batch. Valid from defaults to today, and valid to defaults to your organisation's standard voucher validity period (365 days unless configured otherwise). The valid to date cannot be set earlier than valid from.

Tags and Notes

Add tags and notes that apply to every voucher in the batch.

Click Save to produce the batch. Save stays disabled until the count is at least 1, the batch has a name, and the original value is greater than zero. If you close the dialog after entering valid, unsaved data, you are prompted to confirm before it is discarded.

Vouchers created together share a voucher group: on the Vouchers page each batch voucher's name is shown as a coloured chip, with a consistent colour per batch, so you can spot at a glance which vouchers were produced together.
