Organisations

The organisations list shows every organisation in your group in one table, for accounts that manage more than one organisation. From here you review each organisation's public status, open its profile for editing, and run bulk actions on a selection. Editing requires the config-write permission; without it the list is read-only.

Finding and opening an organisation

Type in the Find organisation box to filter the list by name. Each row shows the organisation's logo, its details, whether it is publicly online, and its tags. Click the eye icon on a row to open the organisation in the Organisation Detail editor.

Working with a selection

Tick the checkboxes to select organisations, then use the buttons above the table (on a phone they sit in the round + button's speed dial):

• Export to Excel — downloads the selected rows as a spreadsheet.
• Set selected organisations online / Take selected organisations offline — publish or unpublish the selection's public booking presence. A confirmation dialog lists exactly which organisations will be changed before anything happens; the Public on column shows the result.
• Clone selected organisation — enabled with exactly one row selected; copies that organisation as the starting point for a new one and opens it in the editor.
