All organisations

The organisations list shows every organisation in your group in one table, for accounts that manage more than one organisation. From here you review each organisation's online flag, open an organisation for editing, and run bulk actions on a selection. Reading the list requires the right to read the configuration; changing organisations requires the right to change it.

The list has no entry in the menu: open it by adding /organisations to your dashboard address. To edit the organisation you are working in, Configurations > Organisation is the usual way — see Organisation.

Finding and opening an organisation

Type in the Find organisation... box to filter the list by name or tag. Each row shows the organisation's logo, its Name, its Online flag, its Resources (the number of provider resources as s: and of aggregators as a:), the number of Treatments, and its Tags. Click the eye icon on a row to open the organisation in the Organisation settings editor.

Working with a selection

Tick the checkboxes to select organisations, then use the buttons above the table (on a phone they sit in the round + button's speed dial):

• Export to Excel — downloads the selected rows as a spreadsheet.
• Set selected organisations online / Take selected organisations offline — switch the online flag of the selection. A confirmation dialog lists exactly which organisations will be changed before anything happens; the Online column shows the result. The booking site does not read this flag: taking an organisation offline here does not stop its online bookings.
• Clone selected organisation — shown only when you may create an organisation: Manage for Organisation or Configuration & settings on the group (for example Configuration & settings at Group level). Enabled with exactly one row selected; copies that organisation as the starting point for a new one, named New organisation and offline, and opens it in the editor. Saving creates the new organisation in your group. The copy does not take the stored passwords and tokens or the texts — see Cloning an organisation.
